A weekly invitation to transform from the inside out.
Happy Seed Wednesday!
Here’s an idea (The Seed), a way to go deeper (The Soil), and a journal prompt (The Root) to explore..
I. THE SEED
We are cyclical beings living in a linear world.
But when we remember to live in rhythm—with the Earth, the seasons, the moon, our breath—we return to something ancient, intuitive, and whole.
Modern life teaches us to keep going. But nature reminds us that rest is part of the process. That blooming follows stillness. That growth requires both sunlight and shadow.
There is no need to rush your becoming.
You’re not late. You’re just syncing back to the pulse of life itself.
Let the tides guide you.
Let the wind speak.
Let the soil teach you how to soften.
You are nature. And nature is wise.
II. THE SOIL
Practice: A 4-Part Seasonal Check-In
Inspired by the wheel of the year and your own body’s wisdom, try tuning in to your internal season.
What seasons are you in?
Spring—beginning something new, full of hope
Summer—active, expressive, in full bloom
Autumn—letting go, harvesting wisdom
Winter—resting, reflecting, turning inward
Each phase holds a gift.
And just like nature, you’ll move through each in your own time.
Rather than force productivity, honor your internal weather.
Let your energy ebb and flow like waves. Your life is not meant to be static—it’s meant to be seasonal.
III. THE ROOT
Journal Reflection Prompt
What season am I in right now—mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually?
What would it look like to honor that season fully—without rushing through it or wishing it were different?
How might I align more intentionally with the rhythms of nature in the coming days?
