Vultun Wellness and Feral Studio are looking for a videographer and marketing creative to embed with our team in Siargao for a 1-2 month engagement.

This is hands-on, on-location work across all our business units: IV therapy and biohacking, spa, Pilates, movement, sound healing, surf, wellness cafe, and more. You'll capture the energy of what we're building. Not from behind a desk. On the ground, in the water, inside the studio.

What You'll Do

• Short-form video content: Reels, TikTok, Stories
• Brand and promotional videos for web and social
• Website and marketing assets (photo + video)
• Social media content creation and strategy support
• Capture the day-to-day energy of our spaces, services, and team

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography and content creation with a strong portfolio
• Must have your own camera equipment (camera, lenses, stabilizer, audio gear)
• Skilled in video editing: Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• Eye for storytelling. Not just pretty shots, but content that connects
• Comfortable shooting in varied environments: beach, studio, clinic, cafe
• Based in or able to relocate to Siargao for the duration of the contract

Vultun Wellness is Siargao's premier IV therapy and biohacking clinic. We're looking for a Registered Nurse to join our clinical team at our Jacking Horse Beach location in General Luna.

This isn't a hospital rotation. You'll work in a premium wellness environment administering IV therapy to health-conscious clients: surfers, travelers, and locals who prioritize their wellbeing. If you want meaningful clinical work without the chaos of a hospital floor, this is it.

What You'll Do

• Administer IV therapy treatments per physician-approved standing orders and protocols
• Perform patient intake, health screening, and vital signs assessment
• Insert and maintain peripheral IV access (G22 plastic cannula)
• Prepare, label, and administer IV drip formulations following strict safety protocols
• Monitor patients throughout infusion and respond to any adverse reactions
• Document all patient encounters accurately: electronic and paper records
• Maintain medication inventory, cold chain storage, and supply readiness
• Communicate daily with our Medical Director and local on-call physician
• Participate in monthly competency reviews and emergency response drills
• Deliver the Vultun experience: premium, science-grounded, patient-centered care

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Current Philippine RN License (PRC-registered) with valid PRC ID
• Professional Tax Receipt (PTR) filed with BIR
• Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or hospital floor)
• Demonstrated IV insertion competency: you will be assessed during the interview
• Current CPD compliance (no lapsed credits)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Must be a Siargao resident or willing to relocate
• Willing to complete our mandatory 4-week training program regardless of prior experience

Preferred Qualifications

• IV therapy or infusion clinic experience
• Wellness or aesthetics clinic background
• Experience in patient-facing roles within premium or hospitality settings
• CPD units in progress toward next renewal cycle

• Quality Control: Dial-in espresso, calibrate during service, taste and verify drinks before they go out; uphold presentation standards.
• Workflow & Speed: Design clean, efficient bar setups; manage the queue, ticket timing, and handoffs; keep the bar tidy under pressure.
• Menu & Wellness: Execute espresso, pour-overs, and wellness beverages (adaptogen/cacao/teas/smoothies/electrolytes); suggest improvements and seasonal specials.
• SOPs & Safety: Own cleanliness logs, food safety, machine care (backflush, basic maintenance), and end-of-day closeouts.
• Inventory & Cash: Track beans, alt-milks, perishables; coordinate orders; handle POS/tills accurately and report variances.
• Customer Experience: Model Vultun hospitality—warm greetings, clear communication, solution-oriented problem solving.
• Data-Driven Improvement: Monitor simple bar metrics (e.g., shot yield/time, average ticket time, wastage, top sellers) and run small experiments to improve.
