Vultun Wellness is Siargao's premier IV therapy and biohacking clinic. We're looking for a Registered Nurse or Medical Technologist to join our clinical team at our Jacking Horse Beach location in General Luna.

This isn't a hospital rotation. You'll work in a premium wellness environment administering IV therapy to health-conscious clients: surfers, travelers, and locals who prioritize their wellbeing. If you want meaningful clinical work without the chaos of a hospital floor, this is it.

What You'll Do

• Administer IV therapy treatments per physician-approved standing orders and protocols
• Perform patient intake, health screening, and vital signs assessment
• Insert and maintain peripheral IV access (G22 plastic cannula)
• Prepare, label, and administer IV drip formulations following strict safety protocols
• Monitor patients throughout infusion and respond to any adverse reactions
• Document all patient encounters accurately: electronic and paper records
• Maintain medication inventory, cold chain storage, and supply readiness
• Communicate daily with our Medical Director and local on-call physician
• Participate in monthly competency reviews and emergency response drills
• Deliver the Vultun experience: premium, science-grounded, patient-centered care

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Current Philippine RN or RMT (Medical Technologist) license, PRC-registered, with valid PRC ID
• Professional Tax Receipt (PTR) filed with BIR
• Minimum 1 year of hospital or clinic experience: acute care nursing (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or hospital floor), or laboratory and phlebotomy work for Medical Technologists
• Demonstrated IV insertion competency: you will be assessed during the interview
• Current CPD compliance (no lapsed credits)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Must be a Siargao resident or willing to relocate
• Willing to complete our mandatory 4-week training program regardless of prior experience

Preferred Qualifications

• IV therapy or infusion clinic experience
• Wellness or aesthetics clinic background
• Experience in patient-facing roles within premium or hospitality settings
• CPD units in progress toward next renewal cycle

The Role

Feral is where Pilates meets physical therapy. We're looking for licensed physical therapists to work with our clients one on one: injuries, chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, and surfers and athletes getting back to full strength.

How We Work

You'll be trained in our approach, built by our founder Allegra De Borja, PTRP, a Philippine board-certified physical therapist and Merrithew-trained Stott Pilates instructor. We read movement for what is compensation and what is dysfunction, and we use the reformer as a rehab tool. Pilates experience is a plus, not a requirement. We'll teach you.

What You'll Do

• Assess clients and build their treatment plans
• Run Clinical Pilates sessions: private, 60 minutes, rehab through strength
• Help surfers and athletes recover and stay in the water
• Work with our Pilates instructors and our clinic team when a client needs both
• Keep clear notes on every session

Requirements

• Current PRC license as a Physical Therapist (PTRP) with valid PRC ID
• Based in Siargao or ready to move here
• Clear, natural English
• Willing to train in our approach

Who is Vultun?

We built a wellness campus on Siargao. Massage and healing at Jacking Horse Beach, Reformer Pilates and movement at Malinao, IV therapy and biohacking, and a cafe in between. Surf is the piece we are rebuilding now, and we are rebuilding it properly.

The Role

We are looking for someone to own our surf operation on the ground. Not to teach every lesson, we contract specialist coaches for that. To make sure the boards are ready, the schedule is honest, the customer is looked after from booking to the moment they walk off the beach, and the sessions get filmed.

Why now

The World Surf League Championship Tour comes to Cloud 9 in 2026 and again in 2027. The best surfers in the world compete a five minute walk from our beach. We want our surf operation running properly for the next one.

What You Will Own

• The fleet: our lesson and rental boards. Condition, repairs, wax, leashes, inventory. If a board is not ready, that is yours.
• The schedule: keeping availability truthful across our booking system so we never sell a session we cannot deliver.
• The session: setup, customer welcome, safety brief support, handover to the coach, and teardown.
• The coaches: booking our contracted coaches, matching the right coach to the right level, keeping the bench warm.
• The footage: filming sessions from land and drone, and getting edited clips back to the customer the same day.
• The rentals: handovers, returns, condition checks, and the paperwork behind them.

Who You Are

• You surf, and you understand the difference between a wave that suits a first-timer and one that does not.
• You are organised in a way that shows. Boards get fixed before they break. The schedule matches reality.
• You can shoot and edit. Phone or camera is fine to start. Drone experience is a strong plus. We can invest in kit for the right person.
• You are good with people in that specific way that makes a nervous beginner feel safe.
• You are based on Siargao or ready to move here.
• Instructor certification is welcome but not required. If you hold one and want to teach, we pay separately for coaching hours.
