THE FERAL RESET

Three days. Eight people. Salt, science and stillness.

Late September, five weeks before the world tour arrives at Cloud 9.

Three mornings in the water at Jacking Horse, filmed and coached. Three afternoons of whatever your body asks for. Reformer, breathwork, massage, sound, and the quiet in between.

You keep your own bed and your own evenings. We take the mornings.

What it is

Most retreats ask you to move in. This one does not.

Every morning from six until noon we are together. Surf, then the studio, then a proper breakfast on the beach. Your afternoons are yours, with one appointment floating in them, a massage or a recovery session or a drip if you want one.

Half-day immersion, whole-island freedom. You are on Siargao. You should get to be on Siargao.

The three days

Day one

Baseline

We film your first session so we know exactly where you are starting. No judgment in it. It is just information, and by day three it becomes the most satisfying thing you own.

Day two

Deepen

Dawn session with yesterday's notes in your head. Reformer in the studio. A workshop on what fear actually does to your nervous system, and what to do about it. If the light is right we finish with sound healing on the sand.

Day three

Showcase

One more session, then we put day one and day three side by side. Most people are quiet for a moment when they see it. You leave with the footage, a gameplan, and eight people who were strangers on Thursday.

Included

  • Three coached and filmed surf sessions with same-day video analysis
  • Three Pilates blocks on the Reformer and the mat
  • A nervous-system and psychology workshop
  • Breathwork on dry land
  • Sound healing
  • A red light and recovery session
  • Two massages
  • Breakfast on the beach each morning and a closing lunch
  • Your own surf media folder to take home
  • A progression gameplan
  • A credit toward The Source if you want to keep going

Who it is for

All levels surf together and get coached separately. If you have never stood up, you will. If you are already out the back, you will be coached out the back.

Eight people. That is the number our coaches can hold properly, so it is the number we take.

JOIN THE LIST

The first cohort runs the last week of September and we are taking names now. We will confirm the exact days against the swell about ten days out, because the forecast should decide that, not a spreadsheet.

Tell us a little about yourself and we will be in touch with dates and the full details before anyone else sees them.

No payment now. We will contact you first.

The longer format

Six days, with lodging through partners we trust, for people flying in rather than already here. Five surf sessions, an island day, and enough time for the change to actually settle. We will open this list separately.
