Vultun is a human potential company.

Jay Sueno is the founder and CEO of Vultun, a human potential company on Siargao, Philippines, and the co-founder of Feral Pilates. He is Filipino, raised on the California coast, trained in data science at the University of Washington and UC San Diego, and worked as an analyst at Amazon and with Patagonia before any of this.

The company started on a bench. In September 2019 he was broke and drinking eight to twelve drinks a day. He quit. Thirty-five pounds, a hundred and fifty surf sessions in a year, ten days of silence, and one afternoon in a spa above the surf in Uluwatu, where he knew what he would build. The spa and surf home at Jacking Horse opened in 2023, Feral Pilates in 2025, the clinic and the cafe in 2026.

He runs the company on an operating system he built himself so that the people in it can be fully human with the guests. He surfs most mornings and writes The Long Paddle.

Allegra De Borja, PTRP, is the co-founder of Vultun and the head of Feral Pilates, Siargao's only reformer studio led by a Philippine board-certified physical therapist. At 18 she was hospitalised in British Columbia with vasculitis, an autoimmune condition that nearly destroyed her kidneys and heart. She left her physics degree, came home to study physical therapy, passed the national board exam, practised in hospitals on three islands, and trained in Stott Pilates under Merrithew. She healed her own scoliosis and turned that rehabilitation into the way she teaches: she reads movement the way a therapist does, and knows what is compensation and what is dysfunction, when to push and when to protect. In twelve months her studio taught 3,506 Pilates sessions to 1,520 guests, and one in three reformer guests come back. She is the daughter of Dr Luisa De Borja, Vultun's medical director.
