Our classes complement everything else at Vultun: prep for Reformer Pilates with a yoga warm-up, develop your surfing form with Barre, or follow movement with Sound Healing for complete restoration.

MAT PILATES
Core-focused mat work that builds strength, flexibility, and body awareness without machines. Our mat classes emphasize precision and control — the foundation of everything Pilates.
Perfect as a complement to Reformer Pilates or as a standalone practice. Led by certified instructors with physical therapy backgrounds.

BARRE
Ballet-inspired strength training that sculpts without bulk. Small, controlled movements target deep stabilizing muscles — perfect for improving posture, balance, and core endurance.
No dance experience needed. Prepare to shake, strengthen, and surprise yourself.

YOGA
Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin styles adapted for island life. Our flows emphasize hip opening, shoulder mobility, and breath awareness. Essential for surfers and desk workers alike.
Every class includes modifications. Beginners welcome, experienced practitioners challenged.

Allegra is a licensed Physical Therapist and Stott-certified Pilates instructor who brings clinical precision to every class. As the co-founder of Feral Studio and lead instructor at Feral Pilates, she bridges rehabilitation and performance — teaching mat work that builds the foundation for everything from reformer training to surf recovery.

Mia Cabalfin is a dance artist and educator committed to empowering others through movement and wellness, and the founder of The Mia Movement. She trained in barre with Plana Forma and Physique 57, served as Program and Training Co-Director at Saddle Row, and was the Stretch and Mobility Coach for the Philippine National Surfing Team. Her choreographic work has been presented locally and internationally.

Nic is a barre-certified instructor with a deep passion for the science of functional nutrition and fitness. She loves to infuse uplifting beats to her mat classes to create heat, rhythm and flow. Outside teaching, she enjoys movement both in and beyond the studio, as well as embracing an evidence-based approach to food and wellness.

Originally from Australia, Rachel grew up deeply connected to nature, spending much of her time surfing and immersed in the ocean. She studied Marine Science and worked in eco-tourism before turning her passion for movement into a career in 2023. Now living full-time on Siargao, she shares her love for yoga, Pilates, and sound healing through classes infused with playfulness, curiosity, and exploration.

Do I need yoga experience to attend classes at Feral Movement? +
No experience needed. All classes welcome beginners, and our instructors provide modifications for every level. We focus on proper form and building capability — not performing advanced poses.
What styles of yoga do you offer in Siargao? +
We offer Vinyasa (flowing sequences), Hatha (foundational postures), and Yin (deep stretching) — adapted for island life with emphasis on hip mobility, shoulder opening, and breath awareness. Perfect for surfers and travelers.
What is Barre, and do I need dance experience? +
Barre is ballet-inspired strength training using small, controlled movements to target deep stabilizing muscles. No dance experience required — just show up ready to work. Expect to shake, strengthen, and feel muscles you didn't know you had.
How much do yoga and barre classes cost in Siargao? +
Drop-in yoga and mat pilates classes are ₱600, barre classes are ₱700. We also offer packages: a five-class pack with 10% savings and a ten-class pack with 15% savings. Private sessions available for personalized instruction.
Do I need to book in advance? +
Walk-ins are welcome if space is available, but booking in advance guarantees your spot. Book through our website or message us on WhatsApp. Arrive 10 minutes early for setup.
What should I wear and bring? +
Comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move freely in. Yoga and Barre are done barefoot. For Dance, lightweight sneakers or barefoot — your choice. We provide mats and props.
Is Feral Movement good for surfers in Siargao? +
Yes — our classes are designed with surfers in mind. Yoga improves hip mobility and paddle endurance. Barre builds core stability for better balance and form. Both modalities help prevent common surf injuries and speed recovery between sessions.
Can I combine movement classes with other Vultun services? +
Absolutely. Many guests pair Yoga with Reformer Pilates for strength and flexibility, or follow Barre with Sound Healing for deep recovery. Our upcoming credit membership will make booking across all services seamless.
Where is Feral Movement located in Siargao? +
Feral Movement classes are held at Holding Space by Vultun, our dedicated studio in Unit 4, SOS Gym Malinao, right next door to Feral Pilates. Easy access from General Luna, about 10 minutes from Cloud 9.
What's the difference between Feral Movement and Feral Pilates? +
Feral Movement offers Yoga, Barre, Mat Pilates, and Dance — mat-based classes focused on flexibility, light strength, and expression. Feral Pilates uses Reformer machines for precision strength training with our licensed Physical Therapist and Stott-certified instructor, Allegra De Borja. They complement each other beautifully.
