A weekly invitation to transform from the inside out.

Happy Seed Saturday!

Here’s an idea (The Seed), a way to go deeper (The Soil), and a journal prompt (The Root) to explore..

I. THE SEED

What you focus on is where the energy flows.

Not in a magical way. In a practical way.

Your mind is a spotlight. Whatever it shines on becomes “bigger” in your world.

If you focus on what’s wrong, you’ll find more proof that things are wrong.

If you focus on what’s possible, you’ll start seeing doors, not walls.

Same life.

Different lens.

II. THE SOIL

Think about surfing.

If you stare at something, you move towards it. If you look where you want to go, your body adjusts.

Your mind works the same way.

It filters reality. It notices what matches your story.

That’s why focus is power.

And it’s also why focus is dangerous when it’s unconscious.

One of my favorite reminders comes from strength and rehab research:

People who mentally rehearsed moving a limb — just visualization — got stronger than people who did nothing. (Read the study here)

Your body listens to your attention.

So does your life.

III. THE ROOT

Journal Reflection Prompt

Who do you want to be? What qualities, values, and traits does this person embody?

Now, list the 8 people you spend most of your time with.

Do you need to make changes and find new people to spend time with?
